Tues., 9/2..... 8:00am PURE PILATES...a one hour mat class
9:00am PILATES/YOGA...40 min. Pilates/ 20 min. Yoga
Wed., 9/3..... 8:30am BODY MAKEOVER.... a three dimensional class
with STRENGTH, PILATES & YOGA (65 minutes)
Thurs., 9/4...8:30am DANCERCIZE....a one hour CARDIO class with
simple dance steps and great music for motivation.
Fri., 9/5......8:30am LADIES BOOT CAMP FOR THE MIND AND BODY
...a class which will vary week to week to challenge muscles
in new ways. The basic components of Strength, Pilates and
Yoga will be varied with Pilates rings and balls.
